写作一
We all come across difficulties or unhappy things in our daily lives. Some people prefer to share their feelings with their friends. They think friends can comfort them a lot. Moreover, friends are able to give them some wise advice sometimes. However, others tend to be silent about how they feel in bad situations. They don’t want others to know the bad things happening to them. In their eyes, the fewer people know this, the more comfortable they will feel.
As for me, I would like to communicate with my close friends when I am faced with troubles.
写作二
Dear Sales Manager,
This letter is a complaint concerning the actions of one of your salespersons. On August, I went to your store to look for a T-shirt. When I asked a salesperson, Ms. Huang for help in finding my size, she informed me that she was busy and I would have to find one myself. I explained that the reason why I came to her was that I couldn’t find one. She then said in a rude tone that if I couldn’t find one, it meant that the store didn’t have it, and that I needed to look somewhere else.
I felt that Ms Huang was rude. I hope that you will look into the matter: I shop frequently at your store and I look forward to a more pleasurable shopping experience next time.
